The plinth zone of the De Kristal residential building in Nesselande is undergoing a major redevelopment. Construction is already in full swing. The community centre has been adapted and returned to use.

Large cranes are removing the 15-metre-long floor slabs to create an opening in the courtyard deck. This intervention will provide space for the renewed Humanitas care centre, comprising six group residences with ten living studios each.
